Our friends at Still Austin Whiskey Co. never disappoint! Spent the day picking our 3rd Private Barrel with some of the guys from Old Victoria Bourbon Society…The barrel selected is a 7yr Bourbon coming in at 105.2 proof (52.6% ABV)…this one might be our best yet!

Big thanks to the pick team for helping with our third private barrel of Elijah Craig. All three selections sent were keepers, but Barrel #7172132 with a proof of 131.2 (65.6 ABV) was special. ETA is May/June 2025.

Mash Bill: Proprietary and Undisclosed, believed to be in the ballpark of 90% Corn, 8% Rye and 2% Malted Barley
Nose: Candied Red Apples, Light notes of Maple with a trace of Vanilla
Palate: Leathery and Sweet
Finish: Viscus, Long with Corn Syrup Sweetness
