I love finding w**es that overdeliver, and this week’s Staff Pick does exactly that! This Chardonnay is balanced, tasty, and drinks like a Burgundy at twice the price!

Arnaud Combier is a well-established w**emaker in southern Burgundy, working for numerous producers before taking over production of his family’s vineyards in 1998. A long-time proponent of low-intervention w**emaking, Arnaud produces this w**e from organically-grown grapes, with only 2-4 months of aging in used oak barrels in order to give the w**e texture and depth.

The 2025 Arnaud Combier Blanc-Sain Chardonnay is made in the classic Burgundian style, with ripe orchard fruit flavors, lush texture, and fresh acidity. It would make an excellent pairing with heavier fish dishes, pasta, or even with your Thanksgiving dinner next month! Drink now.
