Good afternoon,

This weekend (June 7-8), is a free fishing weekend in Oklahoma. Anyone may fish in Oklahoma on these days without a state license (a paddlefish permit is still required. Some city permits may still be required)

Take advantage of this occasion and grab your gear from Lakeview. We have all the fishing essentials, camping equipment, plus tons of drinks and snacks. Current store hours are 7-7 daily and we are eager to assist customers however we can. Stop by Lakeview and prepare for a great day at the lake!

This Saturday Lakeview will be participating in the Tulip A Bloom Festival! We will be there and encourage our customers to show up for a day of fun. This morning we received a new selection of MadKatz rods. MadKatz serve as high quality rods for heavy duty fishing. We stocked up on new 7’6”, 10’, and 12’ sizes. Our customers love the shorter ones for catfishing and the longer ones for spoon-billing, which has been a big theme so far this year.

This morning Lakeview received a new and updated selection of Kjscustomlures soft plastics! KJ’s Custom Lures is a local company that operates within Ponca City. They make some highly sought after baits that are subject to move at a moments notice.

We highly suggest that our customers try these baits for themselves. Whether you’re fishing for panfish, hybrid/striper, or any other species, KJ’s soft plastics are an excellent pickup for your spring tackle selection. We are very stocked up so get them while they’re still here!
