The Golden Hour Old Fashioned.

2 oz Ascension
1/4 oz orange blossom honey syrup
1/4 oz Amaro Nonino
2 dashes Angostura
1 dash orange bitters

Stir with ice, strain over one big cube, express an orange peel over the top.

Orange against Kentucky bourbon. No reason to complicate it further.
