Kind of long - sorry: We may be just a week before 2026 Domaine des Plus-de-Vie harvest. Once again, the wine will happen as a necessary “co-fermentation”; different Rhône varieties at varying degrees of ripeness cohabitating in a single vat. I mentioned that our more heeled-in Grenache “mother vines” will provide some stability, but so will another contributor - to be named later!!
