Soju, one of the most popular alcoholic drinks in the world has been made in Korea since the 13th century. Hodori (Tiger in Korean) is produced in the traditional small batch method that has been used for centuries. Hodori Soju is low in alcohol which makes it perfect to be enjoyed with a meal or friends.

Mandarin:
A sweet and citrusy apple wine distilled spirit made from rice and infused with Mandarin.

Passion Fruit:
A tart, sweet, and well balanced distilled spirit made from rice. A prominate flavor that is not overpowering.

Yogurt:
A distilled spirit made from rice and yogurt that gives a clean, crisp and cool finish.

Blueberry:
Traditional small batch soju. A tart and sweet distilled spirit made from rice and infused with blueberries.

With their unique origins in terms of terroir, climate, and grape diversity, the wines of Domaine Chappaz reflect Marie-Thérèse’s approach to the environment and her passionate quest for authenticity and quality.

Her respect for nature manifests in biodynamics, a gentle agricultural method that acknowledges the close relationship between the vine and the cosmos. With the aim of excellence, Marie-Thérèse patiently and humbly seeks to create wines that fully represent their respective terroirs.

Vinification is as natural as possible at every stage, using only indigenous yeasts and a minimum of outside inputs, to produce a sensory experience that is worthy of this region that she so cherishes.

Marsanne Blanche, Petite Arvine and Pinot Gris make up the blend of this Grain Noble cuvée. This sweet wine matures for at least two years in barrels to obtain an ideal balance. Its aromas skilfully mix currants, cinnamon, bitter orange, apple jelly and fruit paste. The taste buds will delight in a delicate nectar, with an elegant and always controlled sugar. Supported and chiseled by a nice woodiness, less sweet than some years (176g/l of residual sugar), it will also be appreciated when young.

The Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks are a flavor-led exploration of fine Single Malts, bottled in small batches of three to ten casks. Each parcel of bottles shows the variety of styles and flavors found across Scotland, and the differences in angel’s share depending on region. Bottled at a consistent 48% with no added color and no chill-filtration, the Reserve Casks are intended to suit the palates of both novices and experts alike.

10YR Linkwood-A small batch of four new wood hogsheads from Linkwood distillery has been used to create this Speyside Single Malt, distilled in 2012 and aged for ten years.

12YR Caol Ila A small batch of six hogsheads from Caol Ila distillery has been used to create this Islay Single Malt, distilled in 2010 and aged for twelve years.

Hiding at the bottom of the cliffs by Port Askaig on Islay’s eastern shore, Caol Ila has a reputation for producing smoky, maritime whiskies of elegance and poise.

11YR Benrinnes A small batch of four refill butts from Benrinnes distillery has been used to create this Speyside Single Malt, distilled in 2012 and aged for eleven years.

This thick, heavy spirit produced at this Speyside distillery lends itself to long ageing, giving a full and creamy mouthfeel and rounded fruit flavors.
