Candied Sour (CDS v1.28) - 5.6%
A sour ale with 2row. The acidity from the clean souring is high in this one to lean into the candy selection. After fermentation, version 1.28 was cold conditioned on apple cider slushie and a touch of cinnamon. The result is a twisted sour beer best enjoyed while wearing a puffer vest. . . . .
