Just a friendly reminder from Piedmont Gas Mart ❤️

We truly try to treat everyone who walks through our doors with kindness and respect, and we’ve always tried to help people when we can. However, we also have a responsibility to make sure our customers and employees feel comfortable and safe while they are here.

Going forward, we cannot allow loitering or asking customers for money, rides, ci******es, food, or other items on store property.

Piedmont Gas Mart is a business, and our parking lot and store need to remain a place for customers who are here to shop, get fuel, grab something to eat, or take care of their business.

This is not directed at any one person, and it isn’t meant to be unkind. We understand that people go through difficult times, and we have compassion for that. But when customers are repeatedly approached or asked for things, it can make them uncomfortable, and it’s something we can no longer allow.

We also want to sincerely apologize to any of our customers who have already experienced this while visiting our store. We never want anyone to feel uncomfortable, pressured, or hesitant to stop at Piedmont Gas Mart. We appreciate those who have brought their concerns to our attention, and please know that we are taking them seriously.

We will continue treating everyone with respect and kindness, but we also have to set boundaries to protect our customers, employees, and our business.

🇺🇸 25 YEARS LATER — WE STILL REMEMBER 🇺🇸

September 11, 2001 is a day our country will never forget.

Today, we remember the innocent lives that were lost, the families who never got to say goodbye, and the brave firefighters, police officers, first responders, military members, and everyday Americans who showed incredible courage in the face of tragedy.

We also remember what came afterward, a country that came together. Neighbors helped neighbors. Strangers helped strangers. American flags were everywhere, and for a moment, we were simply Americans standing together. ❤️🤍💙

25 years have passed, but we will continue to tell the next generation about that day and make sure those lives and sacrifices are never forgotten.

From our family and everyone at Piedmont Gas Mart, our hearts are with all those who lost someone on September 11th.

🇺🇸We remember. We honor. We will never forget.🇺🇸
