GAS STATION MANAGER NEEDED ‼️‼️‼️
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gas Station Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff at our gas station. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing financials, supervising employees, and ensuring the station complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations including fuel sales and convenience store items
* Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and performance
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking
* Handle scheduling and employee performance evaluations
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations
* Manage cash handling procedures and prepare daily sales reports
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the station
* Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
Qualifications:
* Previous retail or gas station management experience
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Basic understanding of accounting, budgeting, and POS systems
* High school diploma or equivalent
Salary Range: Depends on experience (typically $45,000–$65,000/year)
