Join us for a formal tasting with Grayson Hartley, head winemaker at Preston Farm & Winery. Grayson specializes in Rhone varietals, he will walk us through his organic farming practices and natural winemaking process. We will taste a curated selection of his wines. About the Farm & Winery
is a family-operated, organic property in Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Valley. Their 125 acres are nestled between a meandering salmon-spawning stream and a sleepy stretch of former wagon trail leading to town. Under 45 years of stewardship by the Preston family, the land has evolved from an emphasis on wine alone to diversified crops including vineyards, vegetables, fruit and olive trees, grain, and pastured livestock.

Had an amazing visit to in Jaén, Spain, the world’s capital of premium olive oil. Oro Bailén is considered one of the top-quality olive oil producers in the world, producing olive oil from the very best varietals in Jaén.

It was an eye-opening experience to see the similarities in producing regional, high-quality olive oil to the same in the wine world. From what’s done in the olive groves to a hands-off, no-manipulation approach in the mills, to the attention to detail and respect for the natural element, the 🫒.

Chartreuse Aperitif Gentiane Liqueur

We are looking to fill a part-time position with limited hours and on an as-needed basis. A typical schedule could be a few days a month with a minimum shift of 4 hours per day. Responsibilities would include: Customer service, operating register/checking out customers, stocking, and light cleaning when needed.
