Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may experience during your visit. We understand this may be frustrating, and we do not take that lightly.
We are actively training our staff on proper ID verification procedures in compliance with city and state laws, as well as guidelines set forth by the Henry County Prevention Coalition: Empowering the Community. This includes thoroughly checking IDs for age verification as well as expiration dates on every qualifying purchase.
Most importantly, we are committed to preventing the sale of alcohol and to***co products to anyone under the age of 21. Our youth is the future of this community, and protecting them is our highest priority. No sale is worth compromising that.
We also want to address something directly — we know that many of you are well above the legal age, and we respect that. However, we cannot allow our staff to make assumptions or guess someone's age based on appearance. Predetermining someone's age puts our business, our license, and most importantly our community at risk. The only fair and safe solution is to ID everyone, no exceptions.
We hope you understand that this is not personal — it is simply us doing our part to be safe, responsible, and sure. We truly appreciate your patience, your loyalty, and your continued support. 🙏
