This week’s Familia Fernandez Riviera tasting class at the Palm Beach location in The Royal Poinciana Plaza had a delicious wine and food pairing element: tableside Paella! Paella pairs beautifully with an array of Spanish wines, which were showcased by . Our guests learned more about the history of Spain and their wines, and were able to taste 5 unique labels including selections from El Vínculo, Tinto Pesquera, Condada de Haza, and Dehesa la Granja. Thank you to everyone who attended! 🍷

This week, our guests were delighted to taste the wines of Domaine Arnaud Baillot with Arnaud Baillot himself. As owner and winemaker, Arnaud has been hands-on all along the way, farming, selecting the origin of the grapes, taking care of the winemaking process, choosing the type of barrels and ageing time for each individual wine. He strives to respect and promote the complexity of the Burgundy Wine Region while producing terroir driven wines. Thank you for visiting us, Arnaud!
