any old fashioned foods and other items. We have a deli which will offer soups, salads, and sandwiches ready to pick up and go. As well as a bakery with items just like you what you remember from your grandmas kitchen. We offer a wide variety of vintage and antique pieces. We are proud to offer organic cleaning products. We offer a wonderful selection of fragrant candles. We also carry a selection of USA made windchimes that sound heavenly. We are excited to have many unique items that are hard to find and perfect for those that are hard to buy for. Our gift certificates are just the thing!

Been super busy all day! We got our candles in!!!!! :) They smell wonderful!! So many items coming in this week and can't wait to get everything arranged! Just not enough hours in the day! ;)

Baskets ordered from Ghana!! Troutt Old Time General Store And Market purchased 112 baskets from Artisans in Ghana on February 13th, 2015.

The Prosperity Wage® wages earned for these baskets is enough for our Artisans to purchase any one of the following:

2 female cows (a good investment because it produces young)
19 female goats (a good investment because it produces young)
19 female sheep (a good investment because it produces young)
195 laying hens (a good investment because it produces eggs to sell and possibly chicks)
2 years, 1 month, 2 weeks and 3 days of rice for a family of 4 (2 Adults 2 Children)
9 months, 1 week and 5 days supply of maize for a family of 4 (2 Adults 2 Children)
Education for 2 junior high girls - each student being educated for 3 years at the WFM school

Very excited! Our candle order for the store is on it's way! Some of the scents are: Butter Cream Vanilla, Roasted Espresso, Sweet Almond Cream, Warm Cinnamon Buns, Lemon Ice Box Cookies, Fresh Strawberry, Honey Soaked Apples, Melon with Sea Salt and more! Can you tell we like food?! LOL These are some of the best smelling candles I have ever smelled! Can't wait to get them!!

Well this weekend has been CRAZY!!!!! We have been battling sickness, rain and the floors at the store! Happy to say that the sun was shining today, the floors are done and hopefully we are on the mend! Thanks to Dad and Danny for all your help! We are getting closer! Yay!!
