Not all “champagne-looking bottles” hit the same. Here’s the quick cheat code:

🍾 Prosecco = bright + easy + great value
🍾 Cava = crisp + food-friendly + underrated
🍾 Champagne = richer, more complex, celebration flex

Rule of thumb: if people are doing a toast and drinking it, plan 1 bottle per 2 people (or grab a couple extra—bubbles never goes home).
