I would like to personally apologize to any customers that heard me drop the F-Bomb while Jen was on the phone trying to get our card readers working. Also, we are sorry if you had to wait longer than normal since we only had 1 cash register running. Not exactly how we want our business to be operating at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Jen spent almost 3 hours on the phone with all of the reps trying to figure things out. Reps were saying that they’ve never seen error messages like these before. Well, knock on wood, 1 of the 2 card readers are working and we have a backup as the 2nd one. Again, sorry if I accidentally dropped an F-bomb in front of you. Thank you all and we appreciate your patronage! Oh, I almost forgot, THANK YOU Jen for getting things working again! You are my rock! ❤️🫵
