Due to the terrible weather that’s already arrived we will be closing early tonight at 7. Roads are already pretty bad. Everyone stay home and stay safe. Opening back up for normal hours tomorrow 9-9.

As we close out another year, the family and staff of Ausable Market wish to say, "Thank You" to each and everyone of our amazing customers! We so appreciate your support all year long. Rather it's for your favorite sandwich, smoked stick or jerky, or other party supply WE APPRECIATE YOU stopping and seeing us!

We will be open tonight, New Year's Eve, until 10 pm and tomorrow, New Year's Day, regular hours, 9 am to 9 pm. Please Be Safe and have a wonderful New Year everyone!

Happy 4th everyone! We are stocked and ready for your celebration! Come grab some New York Strips, Ribeyes, or Brats to throw on the grill! Going on the water? Don't forget the Sandwiches, beer, seltzer, or wine coolers. Need a bottle to mix something with? How about making it easy and grabbing one of our pre-made bagged mixers? We are your grab and go place to go! Stop in and see us!

Its a new Month and we are starting our Spring Hours starting today. We will be open daily from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. 7 days a week! Beginning Memorial Weekend our hours will be 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday's and 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Enjoy the warmer weather everyone!

It is going to be a beautiful weekend temperature-wise according to the weatherman... break out the grill, plan a fire in the firepit and enjoy the outdoors if you can. We have a few things to make the perfect weekend! Come get some yummy Brats or Ribeyes. The cooler is filled with jerky and sticks, and ready-made sammies! We also have a full supply of our 'grab and go' bagged drinks! They are going like hotcakes🤪. Come give them a try (don't forget to grab the ice and the cup...included in price). Happy Friday ya all! Been some time since we’ve posted anything! Hope everyone is happy and healthy. Looks like the weather will be warming up next week finally. So just wanted to share a little something we are trying in the store as of late. We are putting together some fun 32oz drinks to sip on. Starting out with a small selection and hope to grow it a bit and come summer will be offering some 1.25 gallon drink jugs to take with you on your boat or summer fun activities. Happy Friday everyone! The weather is a little warmer out there and we invite you all to come on in and get your goodies for the Big Game this weekend! We have our yummy sandwiches ~ Smoked Meats - Jerky and Sticks to put out for the game or get-together. We have some Brats and Choice Ribeyes in the cooler right now if you feel like grilling! It's that time of year people. Things are slowing down and at least for the next few months we are changing our hours to the following:
Sun - Thurs 10 a.m. to 9 p.m
Fri & Sat 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

UPDATE: We lucked out...our employees and the store were not hit as hard as expected and though we opened a couple hours late, WE ARE OPEN! If you too can safely get out and about, we are here and ready to serve you on the beautiful snowy Saturday! Enjoy the beauty around us and BE SAFE ALL!

In anticipation of the incoming storm, we are assuming that tomorrow we will not be open. For the safety of not only our employees but our customers, please plan ahead and get whatever essentials you may need today. We know that all weather stations are warning that no one should be out and about or on the roads in this storm, therefore we are preparing for just that. Looking for some help at the store. Need a part time closer. Shifts needed would be Monday, Friday and Saturday night. Shifts would be 5-10ish. Also looking for help bagging beets. Paying cash daily and will be paid per bag. Normally can make between $15-$20 an hour if you bust butt. It is pretty labor intense anyone with bad backs it not for them. Apply at the Store! Share away please!

Happy Hump Day folks. Finally spring is here and what a beautiful day it is! It’s been a long winter and I know we haven’t posted in a while but just wanted to say hello and tell you all about some good stuff we currently have in stock. We have some very nice Bourbons in house right now and just got in the new Hard Monsters that are moving really well. Also, as always, we have a full selection of vapes including Breeze Pro, Elf Bar, Lost Mary and Novo Bars. And, of course... come check out all our smoked meats and brats.
