Happy Monday! Just wanted to send along some updates for you all!
🪻Over the next few weeks, our business hours MAY be adjusted to accommodate our small staff while we continue training new team members. As many small businesses know, staffing challenges are very real right now. But for me, running this store has always been about more than simply filling a shift with a warm body. (YES, I am still looking to hire an 18+ individual! My 8 year old would probably quit school and come work if I let him!🤣) I would rather temporarily adjust our hours than put unprepared staff in positions where they can’t succeed or where our customers don’t receive the experience they deserve.
💐 My goal from the start has always to take things slow and build this store back up to what we all remember it as. The success I am seeing comes from my staff and I's hard work and dedication to making this store thrive. I spend countless hours ordering inventory, stocking shelves, cleaning, bookkeeping, scheduling, training employees, helping customers and trying to keep everything running smoothly day after day. Most people only see the few minutes they spend inside the store, but for me it's working 60+ days in a row with 15+ hour days to make sure we succeed.
I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support while we work through this transition. Your support means everything to this small business and the people behind it. Thank you for sticking with us, we promise it will be worth it. ❤️
