An update for our customers here in Utah -

There are some news articles posting about a “ban overturned” this is NOT about SB61 and the Utah flavor ban. This is in regards to a previous ruling about the FDA. This overturned ruling actually gives the FDA the ability to ban ALL flavored products across the United States. The Utah ban is still fully implemented here in Utah and continues to do so. Some shops are stating the health department told them they can continue to sell them, this is also incorrect and anyone doing so is risking massive fines for items purchased starting 03/25/2025 and forward. The only update we have received from UCHD and DHHS is we will be alerted when compliance checks start.

We do have juice in to***co and menthol flavors at the moment. We also have ZYN, ZENYN, and ROGUE Pouches that do have flavors along with your normal menthols, as well as flavored nic toothpicks!

An update for our customers here in Utah -

The flavor ban has been placed as of Tuesday morning. Due to the new law, all dispos, juice, and salts are required to be on a state registry in order to be legal for us to sell them to you. If they are not on the registry, we cannot legally sell them to you, and will not break the law for you. This being said at this time, the state of Utah does NOT have ANY dispos or salts on their registry. This means we do not have dispos/salts to sell to you at this moment.

We do have juice in to***co and menthol flavors at the moment. We also have Zyn and Zenyn Pouches that do have flavors along with your normal menthols, as well as flavored nic toothpicks!

We will be allowed to sell v**e accessories such as pods, coils, tanks, etc.

Reminder -

With all going on with the flavor ban on nic, back in November of 2024 we had to stop our 24 hour exchange policy on dispos to be compliant. Since November 2024 we have only been able to offer an immediate exchange for defective items before you leave the parking lot. Once you have left our premises we are unable to offer further support.

We understand things happen, and it’s unfortunate that some things do not work which is where we are trying our best to help you and be compliant with the state as well. Please be patient with our employees, they’re only doing their job and within the legal limits of which they can. This does not give anyone the right to berate/degrade an employee because you’ve been told no. Please understand we have strict rules to uphold by not only store policy but by state/federal laws.
