Due to an upcoming retirement, Trotter’s Whoa & Go is accepting applications for a Convenience Store Manager in Ord, Nebraska. We prefer someone who lives in or within a few miles of Ord. We are looking for someone with C-Store or retail experience. Duties will include scheduling, ordering and daily bookkeeping. You need to possess the ability to not only hire and handle all aspects of employee supervision. We want someone who will make sure we have a clean and friendly store.

Due to the retirement of our current manager, Arbys located at 1111 South 2nd, Ord Nebraska is looking for a new General Manager. Duties include, but not limited to:
• Employee scheduling – 100% staffing
• Ordering & maintaining adequate inventory
• Executing all Arbys marketing plans in a timely manner
• Hiring, training, and managing staff
• Ensuring restaurant is clean & organized
Desired skills:
• Display strong, excellent, and effective people oriented relationship skills
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs, and use your hands to prepare the meatiest sandwiches.
• Display drive, determination, punctuality, and maintain responsibility in working scheduled shifts.
• Have 1-3 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work independently as well with a variety of personalities.
• Background check completed satisfactorily & be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Arbys in Ord is now hiring for a full time opener. This day time position has the potential to work into a shift leader. Every other weekend is required.
- Make sure store is stocked and prepared for the day.
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register and provide accurate change
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area
- Follow food safety protocols when handling, storing, and serving food
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
```Experience```
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus, but not necessary
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and performing retail math calculations
