Recent Arrivals from the Jura:

Bourdy Cuvee Sosthene Savignin Cotes du Jura 2020: 100% Savignin, Biodynamic, aged 4 years in old un-topped-off oak barrels (sous voile), allowing a natural yeast film (flor) to develop—often described as a “baby Vin Jaune.” Nutty, salty, spicy.
Domaine de la Pinte Poulsard Pinte Bien 2024: Old vine Poulsard farmed biodynamicly. Light bodied with cranberry and mineral notes. Perfect for the turkey holiday fast approaching.
Les Matheny Arbois Blanc Chardonnay 2021: slightly oxidative Chardonnay from Jura natural w**e legend, Emeric Foleat. Tiny production, big flavors.

Join us as we learn about the w**es of Echolands! The only w**es from Washington in the shop!!

Echolands W**ery was created in 2018 by two Kansas City residents, Brad Bergman and Doug Frost Master Sommelier, Master of W**e, who believed in the Walla Walla Valley AVA’s ability to offer a distinctive style of w**e. Along with w**emaker/general manager Brian Rudin, Echolands is focused upon crafting responsibly produced w**es (sustainably farmed with a focus on biodiversity) that reflect the potential for elegance and balance from this singular place.

W**e Club is ready for pickup! Stop in tonight (Thursday 9/10/26) to mon cave - old market w**e bar to try some of the w**es from our No Brainer W**e Club. Free to members and only $10 for non-members. Doors open at 6 pm. It’s also board game night!

Pic 1: from the northern edge of Chateauneuf du Pape, Jean Paul Daumen produces biodynamic farmed, high elevation, powerful reds in tiny amounts. Pic 2: restocks of two of our favorite grower/producer Champagnes.
Pic 3: the elegant second w**e of Chateau Rauzan Segla, a prestigious Second Growth estate in the Marguax appellation of Bordeaux.
