The Julien Brocard Boissonneuse Chablis is one of the best examples of Chablis We’ve had in a long time. Bio-dynamic, single vineyard Chardonnay with penetrating white-peach and grapefruit flavors, classic white stone mineral streaks, steely edges of acidity, and a zesty lime-pith finish. This Arnot-Roberts Syrah, is grown in the Petaluma Gap. Located next to the Sonoma Coast AVA in California, cool winds and fog are funneled into the valley or gap creating lower yields and long hang time for fruit.
