Governor Pillen is trying to use the Agriculture Committee to take away your h**p rights without a vote!
You have only 3 days left to make your voice heard. June 17th is the last day to submit your comments before the public forum in Lincoln on June 18th. You can also attend in person and speak if you choose.
If this ban passes, it could affect C*D edibles, tinctures, h**p edibles, and h**p-infused drinks.
Use the QR code in the bottom right corner. It will take you directly to your email with a pre-written statement already prepared. Simply scroll to the bottom, enter your name next to "Sincerely," add your city and state, and hit send!

ATTENTION creatures of Habitz!!! As of today we will no longer be, legally, able to sell any v**e brands other than CrossbarX, Fruition, and Juice Head. These are the only brands that are on the state of NE's approved v**e list that we currently have in stock, but we will be ordering more v**es that are on the list! Please be patient if you stop in today as we will be removing all of the other v**es from our sales floor until they are added to the approved list. The state is adding new v**es to the list every day so we are hopeful that all of your favorite brands will be back on the shelves sooner rather than later. Inventory might look low for a couple days, but we'll continue to order more as the state adds more brands to their approved list!
This is a scary time for small, locally owned Smoke/Vape shops and your continued support means more to us than you know! We truly appreciate you more than you'll ever know!!
