Gift Box at the Beach (a souvenir & gift shop) & Christmas Gift Box (an everyday Christmas shop) are both located on the boardwalk at the Lakeview Village Shoppes and the shoppes are open 7 days a week all summer long! And make sure you stop in the Christmas shop to celebrate Christmas in July this weekend!

It's time for the Olcott Fire Company Pirates Festival this weekend!!! Make sure you visit our boardwalk shoppes before and after you go to the festival! We have free wine tasting today from 5pm-8pm!

Our weekend hours are 12pm-8pm today and tomorrow, and 12pm-6pm on Sunday (we're open 12pm-6pm Monday to Thursday too)!

We are so excited for Christmas in July at Olcott Beach! It's coming up in about a week and a half! The fun starts on July 16th and continues all weekend long! Save the date!!! 🎅

Happy 4th of July! Our shoppes are open 12pm-8pm today and we have live music and wine tasting on the boardwalk from 5pm-8pm!

And don't forget about the Kids Patriot Parade today at 12:30pm that starts at Ye Olde Log Cabin in Krull Park and the Newfane and Olcott Beach, NY Tourism Gazebo Concert across the street from 2pm-4pm!
