Well, I knew this day would finally come, I just didn't know it would happen this quickly.
As most of you know, my mother Cookie died last month. As a result, I have been named executor of the Hyde Trust.
Because of this, and the personal toll her death has taken on me, along with the sudden added responsibilities and duties bestowed upon me by the trust, AND after much consideration, and soul-searching, I find I have no choice but to sell TOTALLY KEGS.
This move comes with ALOT of thought, BUT I feel it is in the best interest of not only me, but the business as a whole.
I am looking for a prospective buyer who would like to become an entrepreneur, someone who has always wanted to own a small business.
What I am offering up for sale, is a well-established, successful business that has thrived since 2006. (Actually, since 1987 under the business name 10th St. Kegs)
What I am offering for sale is:
1. A brand name known throughout OKC.
2. An established business address on N. Western Ave., zoned for retail beer sales, as well as catering.
3. A COMPLETELY portable 10' X 15' walk in cooler
4. A complete line of tapping equipment, as well as C02 dispensers.
5. A dedicated website, with web address.
6. THE #1 listing on the TOP of the PAGE on the FIRST PAGE of Google.
The only things needed by the prospective buyer is a state/city
beer license, proof of liability insurance, and fulfill a few administrative procedures.

A quick note to all who have expressed interest in the SIPANGO Lounge / TOTALLY KEGS golf tournament:

TOTALLY KEGS is open 6 days a week, from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm.
Due to the unprecedented "shutdown" from March until mid-May, many brands of beer are unavailable, or EXTREMELY hard to find.
90% of ALL kegs go to bars and restaurants. With all those businesses closed for a couple of months, the breweries switched to making hand sanitizer, or shut down.
NOW with businesses reopening, and demand for kegs on the upswing, the breweries are having a difficult time meeting that demand.
As a result, MANY different brands of beer are in short supply:

ALL brands of Mexican beer
Coors products (including Blue Moon)
Most IPA's and small batch Breweries
Dark Beers (Including Amber Bock and Shiner Bock)

Believe me, I KNOW this is as tough on you beer drinkers, as it is on me, (this is how i make my living!)

The situation is getting better week by week!

The BEST thing to do is CALL ME for a specific brand or size keg, and I will check on availability!
July 4th is quickly approaching, we have a limited number of taps, so it is VERY IMPORTANT that you call and place your order EARLY to ensure you get the kind of beer you want; as well as a tap, if you need to rent a "Party Pack".

Hi Everybody!
We are living in fast strange times right now, BUT until something changes, TOTALLY KEGS will remain open to the public; AND as long as we have inventory, We are OPEN to sell kegs!
ALSO rest assured that ALL of our rental equipment is sanitized, and our public access areas (including pens, receipt books, and Credit Card Machines) are disinfected on an hourly basis.
SO,.....UNTIL we are directed otherwise, we are OPEN to sell kegs in Oklahoma City!
We are OKC STRONG and we WILL get through this as a community,

(AND THEN THE MOTHER OF ALL KEG PARTIES BEGINS!!)
