Don Carlos Edición de Aniversario. In 2006, Don Carlos Edicion de Aniversario was created by Carlito Fuente Jr. as a tribute to his father, Carlos Fuente Sr., and in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Arturo Fuente Don Carlos cgrs blended by his father.

From the Review by Cgr Aficionado: "The Fuente family has been making Arturo Fuente Don Carlos cgrs since 1976, longer (by four years) than they have been making cgrs in the Dominican Republic. The blend is the creation of Carlos Fuente Sr., patriarch of the family. In 2006, his son, Carlos Fuente Jr., made the Don Carlos Edición de Aniversario to celebrate the 30 years of Don Carlos cgrs. He swapped out the Cameroon wrapper for the Dominican shade-grown leaf he uses on Fuente Fuente OpusX. He also boosted the cgr’s power considerably. The result is a tremendously intense and complex blend, especially in the Double Robusto size. The cgrs are wonderful, but especially hard to find due to their extremely limited production - - -.

Trinidad Cabildos Limited Edition. Following the successful global launch of the 2024 Habanos Limited Edition Trinidad Cabildos Premier pack during Habanos World Days in London earlier last year, we are delighted to now offer the Trinidad Cabildos in the more traditional format of 12 cgrs presented in very stylish slide lid wooden boxes These much-lauded cgrs were unveiled in this format during an event that took place in Doha, Qatar and the UK is the first country outside of this market to offer these illustrious cgrs in this presentation.

The Trinidad Cabildos are presented in two rows of six cgrs and, as with the Premier Pack, each cgr will have a foot-band that contains an NFC authentication chip. Known as an Ilustres in the factories of Cuba, this unique size measures 6⅜″ (162mm) x 46 ring gauge and has been made using the classic, approachable medium bodied Trinidad blend.

All of the cgrs have been made entirely by hand using long filler tobcco leaf sourced from the Vuelta Abajo zone of Cuba. As with Limited Editions produced from 2007, all the leaves used have been aged for a minimum of two years before being rolled and the cgrs are dressed in dark, maduro, wrappers.
