Ya'll know what is sad? We offered free drinking water to those that NEEDED it. Only to immediately get people bringing 5 gallon jugs and car wash trailers who don't even live in effected areas. Do better Odessa. Ya'll are ridiculous. Go buy all the toilet paper or something else stupid. Leave us trying help others alone. Good grief. 🤦‍♀️
