This Thursday March 5th we have the honor of hosting winemaker Etienne chaix from for an evening to explore the 2022 and 2023 vintages. This producer represents the true heart of Burgundy, and the wines an easy reminder of why this region is so special.

Today is Truffle Fest at the Market Hall. From noon until 3:00pm we will be pouring free samples and $5 glasses (cups) of truffle-friendly wines: Timorasso and Dolcetto, both from Piemonte, Italy. And our Market Hall neighbor merchants will be offering free samples of many truffle-y products.
