Tasting Notes:
Nose:
Bright and expressive, opening with orchard blossoms and fresh-cut fruit before giving way to raspberry thumbprint cookies and warm shortbread straight from the oven. Soft pastry sweetness and florals linger beneath the surface, inviting another pass.

Palate: Waves of ripe red fruit and honeyed jam preserves arrive first, layered over baking spice and subtle oak. Richly coating and luxuriously textured, it rolls across the tongue with a gentle floral lift and a seamless balance of sweetness, spice, and structure.

Finish: Long, warm, and quietly indulgent. Baking spice lingers as the fruit deepens and turns toward plum and fig, with soft oak and fading sweetness carrying through the final moments. Smooth, comforting, and difficult to put down.
