Hey All, it's over for my family's small business, Liberty View Wine and Spirits. Long story short, the building's new owner declined to offer us a new lease and we have to be out by the end of the month.

Been in America over 30 years, three University of Iowa graduates, built something from the ground up and have been serving the North Liberty community for close to a decade. Work 365 days - no breaks. Sometimes, customers just come in to chat. Just a family trying to make it in the USA. Not sure what's in store for us, but my parents are not ready to retire.

Maybe more words later, but in the meantime, liquidation sales start now.
