Happy Friday friends! For this week we're sampling the Gentian Amaro from from 5pm to 7pm.

From the source-
"Predominant aromas of sweet citrus fruit with hints of ginger, exotic flowers and spices are supported by a framework of cinchona bark and bitter root extracts. Adds refreshing fruit flavors and crisp bitterness to a variety of cocktails. Pairs especially well with sparkling wine and aged spirits. Pairs with sparkling wine, bourbon, rye whiskey, and spirit-forward cocktails."

After sampling, order yourself a Yuzu Martinez!
2 oz Yuzu Gin
1 oz Gentian Amaro
2 dashes yuzu bitters
Lemon peel garnish

"We filled our new, charred American White Oak, 53 gallon barrels with new-make whiskey using our 51% corn, 49% wheat mash. While the new-make was created from our own grain in about 14 days, we knew we wouldn't be seeing or tasting this whiskey for a long time.

Time and patience bring you a Kansas Bourbon worthy of the Boot Hill name. Hot, dry summers and bitter cold winters do the rest. What emerged from the barrel after its extended sleep exceeded our expectations with notes of caramel, fruit, and spice.

Coming in a 90 proof, our bourbon possesses the ideal balance of flavor and heat."
