To our valued Cigar Sanctuary Customers,

It has come to my attention that some of you are still refusing to wear a face covering when entering our retail area/humidor. We have kindly asked all of you to respect our “No mask No service” rule, but some are still ignoring that rule. So, effective immediately and until the mask requirements are lifted by the city of Los Angeles and the state of California, no one is allowed in the humidor without a face covering.
I have instructed Sam and Luis to refuse entry and service to any person not wearing a mask. If someone has a legitimate medical condition preventing them from wearing a mask, we will gladly serve them while they wait outside.
The face mask not only protects the person wearing it but it mainly protects others form that person because he may be infected without showing any symptoms. Therefore, by not wearing a face mask when you come inside our store you are putting everyone else and their families at risk.
The health of our customers, our employees and their families are very important to us. If it is not important to you then please find another place to buy your ci**rs from.
