Very dark in color, almost as dark as Coke. No Doubt this is a double oak as big oak just about jumps out of the glass. A delicate minty note and cola come and go with each sniff. At first the palate is sweet and thick and then a flood of spices fills the mouth, cloves, cinnamon, and white pepper coat every taste bud. On the finish, vanilla and charred oak provide a perfect balance for the endless spice rack. At only 105 proof this one drinks like a heavy weight yet remains seamlessly harmonious .

A Fairly intense color for its age hinting at maturity and concentration. Quite a complex and nuanced nose shows hints of green apple, citrus oils, and Mocha. The palate is full bodied with chocolate covered fruits and just the right amount of drying oak to keep everything in harmony. It's almost hard to tell where the finish starts, even after swallowing each sip the flavors seem so intense it's almost like it's still in your mouth.
