Cocktail of the Weekend: Blackberry Prosecco Mojito 🫐🍾🌿

Fresh, fruity, and bubbly — this cocktail is summer in a glass. Perfect for happy hour, brunch, or your next backyard hang.

You’ll need:
Blackberry Syrup
• 1 cup blackberries
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 2 tbsp water

Mojito Mix
• ¼ cup blackberries
• 3 oz blackberry syrup
• Juice of 1 lime
• 10 mint leaves
• 4 oz light rum
• Prosecco to top
• Ice cubes

How to make it:
1. Simmer blackberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Mash and reduce. Strain and chill.
2. In a shaker, muddle blackberries, syrup, lime, and mint. Add rum and ice, then shake.
3. Pour into glasses and top with prosecco. Garnish with mint.

How to Make It:
• 2 oz tequila (blanco, reposado, or mezcal)
• 2 oz your favorite aperitif (Aperol, Select, or something fun)
