A few scenes from our final Supper at Saxony of the season.

This series has become one of our favorite ways to cook — one long table, a menu shaped by what the farms around us are giving us, and a room full of people who may arrive as strangers but spend the evening sharing a meal together.

Our harvest dinner was a beautiful way to close out the season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the table this year, and to Saxony Farm for giving these dinners such a special place to call home.

We're already dreaming about what's next.

The season for gathering is here.

Friendsgiving. Family coming into town. Holiday dinners with the people you don't get to see often enough. An evening with friends before the calendar fills up completely.

Whatever brings everyone to the table, we'd love to take care of dinner.

The Unlisted Table creates full-service, restaurant-style dining experiences in your home. We plan a seasonal menu, cook onsite, serve each course and take care of the kitchen afterward — with place settings and table styling available, too.

You gather the people you love. We'll take care of the rest.

We're now booking a limited number of private dinners throughout November and December for groups of 6–20 guests in Lexington and the surrounding area.

Every menu starts at the farmers market and is custom designed for the event date and the guests enjoying the meal. Every detail is lovingly made from scratch with those things in mind.

This isn’t catering. This is your private restaurant for the evening in the comfort of your home.

Some weddings feel less like a reception and more like the most beautiful dinner party imaginable.

One long table beneath the trees. Collected glassware and vintage inspired details set on an historic manor’s lawn. A seasonal menu sourced from local farms, created for the couple and the people they chose to gather around them.

This is what we love about intimate weddings: dinner has room to become part of the celebration too. The courses unfold slowly, guests linger at the table and dinner feels personal from beginning to end.

Every detail can be tended to and this is why we intentionally serve smaller parties.

For this dinner, we had the opportunity to think beyond the menu and create the table too.

We leaned into the beginning of fall in Kentucky- warm colors, candlelight, and seasonal details around the table with a menu that moved through apple and sage focaccia, roasted beets and apples with feta and fennel brittle, handmade butternut squash ravioli with a bourbon peppercorn cream, tender braised beef dusted with cornmeal and seared served over brown butter pumpkin, grape relish and a brussel sprout salad, and then finished it all off with a Paris Brest filled with spiced apples, caramel mousse and a touch of c***r gastrique.

The gardens and farmer's markets are always the inspiration.

WE begin building our menus around what's at its peak freshness and use the best ingredients to create dishes- whether simple or not- that pack the maximum amount of flavor into every bite.

Fresh sauces, homemade pasta and bread from fresh milled flour, top quality dairy and eggs- we believe every ingredient counts in making the best dish we can create and our menu planning starts there.
