The Florida State Legislature just passed a law banning most existing CBD products in Florida! These include gummies, tinctures, and oils currently on the market. The ban also affects cannabinoids like Delta 8, Delta 9, HHC and THCV
Many of the products you use will become illegal in Florida, and many stores like SWEET SOUTHERN VAPES will be forced to close down.
You can help stop this ban by emailing Governor Ron DeSantis and asking him to VETO SB1698.

Dear Governor DeSantis:
I am writing to you to express my dismay with Senate Bill 1698. This law will make people like me lose access to federally legal and necessary products that help with my everyday life. This law will also cost the Free State of Florida $6.9 billion in annual revenue, $343 million in unemployment benefits, and possible lawsuit costs of $105 million. There is no scientific basis for the claims being linked to all these extracts.
Governor, please veto SB1698 as it will impact thousands of Floridians and businesses, as well as kill jobs, strengthen the black market, and lose millions in revenue for the Free State of Florida.
