🐔 Fresh chicken tomorrow — last call! 🌿

We’ll be packaging this week’s flock Sunday, and today is the day to reserve yours fresh for Monday pickup.

Last week we had customers stocking their freezers with 5 and even 10 chickens at a time — and one customer drove nearly an hour from Dover-Foxcroft because his family had been looking for locally raised chicken they could feel good about putting on the table. ❤️

Meanwhile, your Friday is probably still moving — work, errands, kids, chores, one more thing before you can finally call it the weekend.

And somewhere between all of that, everyone still has to eat.

🐔 Sometimes you want to raise your own food… and life has other plans. ❤️

One of our customers told us last week that her family normally raises their own chickens, but with two little ones this year, they simply didn’t have the time. 🌾

So she ordered ours. 🐓

That really stayed with us.

Not everyone has the land, equipment, or hours it takes to raise chickens on pasture 🌿 — but that doesn’t mean you have to give up knowing where your food came from, how it was raised, or who cared for it along the way. ❤️

That’s part of why we love doing this.

Our next flock will be available fresh by pre-order for pickup Monday, September 7 at Abraham’s Country Store. 📅

One of our customers recently told us her son cooked one of our chickens spicy garlic and described the chicken as having “phenomenal flavor.”

That made our day. ❤️

We put a lot of care into raising every flock, and we think it shows — our birds are full of flavor and stay nice and juicy.

This weekend we’re processing our next flock, and fresh pasture-raised whole chickens are available by pre-order for Monday pickup at Abraham’s Country Store.
