First, we want to thank everyone who reached out and helped. Thanks to the support of our community, the individuals responsible have been identified, and the matter is being handled through the proper channels.

At Park Ave Deli, we take great pride in keeping our property clean and making sure our community has a safe and welcoming environment. While the garbage was cleaned up promptly and did not sit there all day, we felt it was important to bring attention to the issue.

What many people may not realize is that, in addition to regularly cleaning the surrounding area, we also pay for private garbage collection. Our business is allotted a limited amount of garbage by weight, which is intended for the store's daily operations—not for illegally dumped household trash.

Illegal dumping doesn't just create an eyesore; it can also result in fines for the property owner from both Code Enforcement and Sanitation, especially when mixed garbage is left behind. That's why we felt it was important to address the situation and ask for the community's help.

We are incredibly grateful that, with your assistance, the individuals were identified and the issue is being resolved appropriately. At the same time, we kindly ask that no one take matters into their own hands or direct any negativity toward those involved. We believe in handling situations respectfully and through the proper process.

For over 40 years, this community has supported us, and you've become like family. We truly appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for helping us keep our neighborhood clean, welcoming, and a place we can all be proud of. ❤️

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for local businesses, our customers, and our community. We work hard to keep our property and neighborhood clean, and we will not tolerate illegal dumping.
