Eloi Cedo’s Fato 2024 — a red that actually tastes like where it comes from. This isn’t one of those wines that tries to impress you with oak or tricks. It’s organic grapes, mostly old vine Callet with Manto Negro and Escursac, pulled straight from the Balearic sun, fermented long with skins and rested half a year in old French barrels before chilling in the bottle. 

Pour it slightly cool, let it breathe, and you’ll get wild red fruit with herbs, earth and brine on the finish. Light on its feet but packed with personality. It’s exactly the kind of bottle you grab when you want something different, fun, and unmistakably Mediterranean.

Brisa Suave Pét-Nat is a bright, naturally sparkling white wine from Portugal’s Minho region, made from Azal and Arinto grapes and bottled with a fresh, minimal-intervention approach. Harvested early from sustainably farmed estate vineyards, the grapes are destemmed, pressed, and blended before the unfermented juice is bottled, where fermentation finishes naturally in bottle. The wine remains on its lees, is left unfiltered, and develops all of its sparkle from fermentation alone.

The result is a lively, zippy pét-nat with notes of lemon peel, fresh hay, and brioche, layered with delicate floral aromas and crisp energy. Dry, refreshing, and low in sulfur, Brisa Suave Pét-Nat is an easygoing but characterful sparkling wine that feels equally at home at the table or on its own as an aperitif.
