A blend of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay with a ten-day maceration, resulting in a ramato-style wine with a golden-rust hue. Complex, aromatic, and expressive.

Introducing Il Pingro Bianco 2023: a distinctive orange wine from the coastal vineyards of Marina di Grosseto in Maremma, Tuscany.

Crafted from two indigenous grape varieties—Procanico and Ansonica—this wine showcases the region’s rich viticultural heritage. Post-harvest, Procanico grapes are immediately pressed, while Ansonica grapes undergo a 15-day skin maceration. The resulting musts are blended and aged in cement tanks for approximately a year, yielding a wine that embodies the essence of its terroir.

Introducing La Cave Apicole’s “Zot” 2023—a harmonious blend crafted from twelve grape varietals native to Montner, with Grenache Blanc comprising approximately 15-20%. This unique cuvée is an assemblage of all the estate’s wines, including Carbo Culte, Zumo, Java, and Gorgorlou, meticulously blended post-fermentation and aged in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in May 2024 without fining, filtration, or added sulfur dioxide, “Zot” embodies the essence of natural winemaking. With an alcohol content of 12%, this wine offers a genuine expression of the Roussillon terroir.
