THE ADDED SPICE OF TEMPRANILLO COMPLIMENTS THE WHITE PEPPER OF THE ZIN. THEN THERE'S THE MEAT, SMOKE AND LEATHER OF SYRAH, WHICH ONE CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH.
