Rye Whiskey tasting tonight 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey is hand bottled at the WhistlePig Farm Distillery in Shoreham, Vermont and is available in a limited quantity.

Drambuie is a sweet, golden coloured 40% ABV liqueur made from malt whisky, honey, herbs and spices. Produced in Broxburn, West Lothian, Scotland, it is served straight, on the rocks, or added to mixed drinks.

Sorel Liqueur tasting tonight. 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Sorel is an artisanal hibiscus based liqueur produced in Red Hook, Brooklyn by Jack From Brooklyn. Sorel is a modern American twist on a centuries-old Caribbean recipe, in which the natives would ferment hibiscus plants and then add sugar, rum, and serve it on occasion. This unique spirit features Brazilian clove, Indonesian cassia, Nigerian ginger, Indonesian nutmeg, Moroccan hibiscus, pure cane sugar, and organic New York grain alcohol.
