It's distilled from a variety of agave plants (not just Blue Weber like tequila) and traditionally roasted in underground pits, giving it a unique smoky character. We got our hands on a few cases of the 2016 Etna Rosso Guardiola. It's an amazing wine and only 4,000 bottles were released. We're offering it at $49/bottle, which is a $10 savings!

"Captivating aromas of red cherry, raspberry, quinine, powdered rocks and violet. Big, dense and mineral with no easy sweetness to the rich ripe but refined red fruit and stony flavors. Finishes extremely long and with a multifaceted personality, but this young, still brooding wine needs time."

"It has benefited from long bottle age (following 18 months in large oak casks), and that extra time in glass has proven fundamental for the balance and fruit integrity displayed here. It shows dried cherry and redcurrant with dusty tannins and lasting notes of campfire ash. The mouthfeel ends on a dry note. Ultimately, the palate feels more mature than the bouquet does."

If you're looking for a crisp and refreshing summer wine to enjoy on hot days, stop in this weekend and sample this Decoy Featherweight Sauvignon Blanc. It's a lower-in-alcohol wine with only 80 calories per serving, but still retains the flavor qualities you love in a Sauvignon Blanc. We think you'll really enjoy it!

We hope you had a fantastic 4th of July!
With the beautiful weather continuing through the weekend, we wanted to tell you about our Wine of the Month: Il Nido Rosé. It's a medium intensity rosé with notes of strawberry and wild berries on the nose. It's on the dry side but well balanced with a soft, fruity finish. It's a great choice for a beautiful summer day -- enjoy as an aperitif or pair with hors d'oeuvres, fish dishes, seafood, and cheeses. At $10.99/bottle, you can't go wrong!
