Some roads opening up at noon today!

MAP NO LONGER CURRENT - Refer to new map posted 4/22 at 3:45pm which reflects that North Water Street is now open to County S.

Road openings in effect 4/22/26 at 12:00pm.

Clarifications 12:00pm:
- The downtown area is OPEN TO ALL PUBLIC TWO-WAY TRAVEL. If the road is green on the map, you're good to go. Red roads are a no-go.
- The only area with restricted access is the highlighted neighborhood in orange. This area will only allow entry and exit for people who live there, or are an authorized individual or company.

Downtown New London is open for public travel beginning at 12:00pm on 4/22/26. The highlighted flooded area is still restricted to only residents and authorized individuals and companies as detailed in the previous post.

Road Updates:
- Downtown New London open to public travel via Pearl St. bridge and Shawano St.
- Shawano St. bridge remains closed.
- North Water St. inaccessible from Cty S.
- Orange highlighted area only accessible to residents and authorized individuals and repair companies.

We heard Walmart is still out of milk, we do have some available and more is coming this afternoon. We do have deli options as well as hot egg rolls for lunch today. Sorry no pizza slices as we are out of crusts until tomorrow.
