It's time to get you all ready for the holiday weekend, and here we are with an awesome lineup of new and returning beers with our New Brew Wednesday for our New Albany location.
Three Floyds Apocalypse Cow - This complex double India pale ale has intense citrus and floral hop aroma balanced by a velvety malt body that has been augmented with lactose milk sugar.
Bruery White Chocolate - Bourbon barrel-aged wheat wine ale with cacao nibs and vanilla beans A tasteful treatment of cacao nibs and hand-processed vanilla beans lace the golden waves of this wheat wine-style ale with a subtle savoriness reminiscent of white chocolate.
Cigar City Frost Proof - Citrus, spice, and effervescence each share a place in the sunshine inside this Belgian-Style White Ale brewed with orange peel, coriander, and wheat.
Firestone Walker Double Mind Haze - A pillowy soft and smooth double hazy IPA boasting huge tropical notes of pineapple, mango, and melon balanced with light bitterness and sweetness.
Ghostfish It Came From the Haze - This new hazy batch includes a blend of hops (NZ Southern Cross, Amarillo, Eukanot, Denali) releasing complexities of tropical fruit and citrus aromas! Brewed with a grain bill of malted millet, malted rice, flaked quinoa, and buckwheat! In addition to being 100% gluten-free and vegan, this beer is also made with no nuts, soy, corn, or cane sugar!
Fat Heads IBUsive - Imperial IPA that features a unique and complex blend of mango, pine, citrus, and other tropical fruit flavors.
Humble Forager Mysterious Ravine V1- An obscure flavor combination with sweet juicy bursts, tart tropical fruits, and gentle citrus bitterness. Take the time to explore the unknown, and you will be handsomely rewarded.
Humble Forager Star Gazing - Brewed in collaboration with our forever friends from Eighth State Brewery in Greenville, South Carolina. This pastry stout is packed full of toasted coconut, roasted hazelnuts, Madagascar vanilla beans, and toffee.
Left Hand Good Juju - a pale ale brewed from relatively low gravity, with some of the hops which would normally be used in the beer replaced by freshly ground ginger root. The beer is light in body, lower in alcohol, has a distinct ginger aroma, and has a very crisp finish.
Revolution DDH Brunch Hero - A combination of citrus-forward hops with fresh blood orange puree that pairs perfectly with its namesake combination of breakfast and lunch. A hazy, early-rising pour of leisurely weekend bursts with aromas of pineapple, mango, and (you guessed it) orange. Goes well with bacon, waffles, and nowhere in particular to be today.
