We may have just invented the ultimate test for bourbon snobs.

Here’s how it works…

Step 1: Find an empty bottle of Pappy, BTAC, or some other ridiculously allocated bourbon.

Step 2: Pour some Malört into it.

Step 3: Invite your bourbon buddies over and pour them a “sample” without telling them what it actually is.

Step 4: Sit back and watch.

Will the bottle be powerful enough to convince them they’re tasting notes of oak, leather, dark caramel and a beautifully complex finish…

Or will one sip immediately expose the crime you’ve committed? 🤣

This one is a little extra special.

Our OESQ Four Roses Private Selection was a VERY low-yield barrel — coming in at only 90 bottles total.

If you’ve been around bourbon long enough, you know those low-yield barrels have a funny way of producing some absolutely fantastic wh***ey.

Grainworks will have 46 bottles available.

-Mash Bill: 75% Corn / 20% Rye / 5% Malted Barley
-Age: 10 Years, 2 Months
-Rack: 31, Tier 4
-Proof: 120.4
-Total Yield: Only 90 bottles

We’re saving our bottles for the Grainworks Annual Allocated Drawing & Food Truck Rally, and we’ll also have a Four Roses rep on-site pouring samples!

For those of you coming from out of town — or anyone who plans on making a night of it after Grainworks’ Annual Allocated Drawing on September 19th — you don’t have to go far!

DoubleTree by Hilton Neenah is less than half a mile down the road from Grainworks.

And it gets even better...

When you walk out the hotel doors, you’ll see Copperstill Bourbon Bar right across the parking lot.

Yes... within stumbling distance. 😂🥃

So your Saturday could look something like this:
