This business has its ups and downs. Many good people that make our day brighter.

Today was not one of those days! I had to deal with a leading cigar company that made a huge six figure error that can't be corrected until maybe Friday. This situation, on my 66th birthday, turned me into a person that I never thought I could be............

Thank God for my employees that will always do the right thing when it comes to our customers. I have complete faith in all of them that they will always put the customer first. Today, this did not happen to me as a customer of a large cigar company.

Tomorrow is a different day and I hope I am different as well......
