🚨🥃 Calling all bourbon lovers! Our single barrel selects are all handpicked carefully and thoughtfully, with the intention of bringing the best wh***ey to our little corner of Donelson. All offerings are open and available for tasting, just come on in and ask! Currently in rotation we have:

Old Elk Bourbon 8 Year Wheated Bourbon with a mash bill of 51% corn, 46% Wheat, 3% Malted Barley. This barrel offers a proof of 111 with notes of vanilla, honey, sweet oak, and toffee.

Green River Wh***ey “Nutty By Nature” Single Barrel clocks in at 6-7 years old and a proof of 122.4 - and as advertised, is a sweet nutty treat with a lingering warmth that pairs perfectly with the incoming fall weather!

Elijah Craig 10 Year “Craigslist Surprise” is a single barrel, barrel proof in at 128.2. As our oldest offering, we love the oak and apple cinnamon spice on this one. Stop by and ask Bryan Bender about its namesake!

Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel Proof Bourbon is currently the majority favorite of our staff. From the top floor of heat cycled Warehouse I, the color and 133.1 proof genuinely showcase everything we love in a classic bourbon. Big dark chocolate, cherry, allspice, vanilla sweetness. 10/10!

Finally, our Rare Character “Donelson Express Private Select.” This latest wheated expression comes in at 8 years and 8 months old at 121.61 proof. The beauty of this barrel lies in balance and complexity over time. While the profile changes slightly with air in the bottle, it never falls flat in richness. Notes of honey, tea, and brown sugar shine through, but come by and see how it’s tasting any day of the week and tell us what you find!
