Last night we hosted a beautiful wine dinner under the WineNot Experiences brand. It was such a pleasure to reconnect with Chef Todd Lytle, whom many guests remember from our past dinners at the Crowne Plaza.

Chef Todd is now Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director at Murphy’s Taproom & Carriage House, and the evening truly reflected his passion for seasonal cuisine and thoughtful pairings.

We were also honored to welcome Gustavo Moral, founder of The Imported Grape Wine Company. Svetlana has worked with Gustavo for over 15 years, and his wines from South America always bring depth, character, and discovery to the table.

Great food, beautiful wines, lively conversation, and reconnecting with our WineNot community made for a special evening.

Thank you to the team at Murphy’s for their warm hospitality — and to everyone who joined us.

As I fly home from beautiful New Zealand, our WineNot clients continue their journey across the North and South Islands with our outstanding local tour directors and a small group of travel companions who share the same excitement for discovery.

From breathtaking landscapes and renowned wineries to rich cultural experiences and perfect weather, this adventure has been truly special.

Hello from beautiful New Zealand! 🇳🇿🍷

Today our WineNot group visited the renowned Craggy Range Winery in Hawke’s Bay — one of New Zealand’s most iconic wine estates.

Craggy Range is famous for its world-class Bordeaux blends and elegant Syrah, and it was recently recognized among the top wineries in the region for excellence and sustainability.

We enjoyed a tasting of six wines from their premium collection, including the legendary Sophia 2013 — their flagship wine, named after the iconic actress Sophia Loren. Structured, powerful, and beautifully aged — a true expression of Hawke’s Bay terroir.

Exceptional wines, stunning vineyard views, and great company — another memorable day with our WineNot family.

Today in beautiful Hawke’s Bay we visited Brookfields Vineyards 🍷☀️

One of the region’s oldest family-owned wineries, Brookfields is known for its small-batch, handcrafted wines and relaxed garden setting. We enjoyed a lovely tasting of their elegant Syrah and vibrant whites, followed by an amazing lunch paired perfectly with the sunshine.

Great wine, beautiful weather, and even better company — moments like this are what WineNot friendships are all about. 💛🥂

Hello from New Zealand. Yesterday we visited Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland, famous for its vibrant geothermal pools, steaming craters, bubbling mud, and the spectacular Lady Knox Geyser — a true showcase of New Zealand’s volcanic beauty.

Then we took a scenic gondola ride up Mount Ngongotaha to Volcanic Hills Winery for a tasting of New Zealand wines, followed by a lunch with beautiful views over Lake Rotorua. 🍷✨

Hello from beautiful New Zealand! 🇳🇿

Our WineNot group is having a great time exploring this stunning country in the height of summer. The landscapes are incredibly lush, the rolling hills are vibrant green, and today’s visit to Hobbiton felt like stepping straight into a storybook.

And of course… we even found a wine cellar inside one of the Hobbit houses — because no WineNot adventure is complete without discovering a little wine magic along the way! 🍷
