🍂 Crisp autumn air, soft sweaters, and a glass that brings a touch of Sicilian sunshine to cool October nights. Fall isn't just for Nebbiolo—it’s high-acid, phenolic white season!🕯️🍂

The 2023 Gulfi ‘Carjcanti’ is a low-yield blend of Carricante and Albanello from the limestone hills of southeastern Sicily.

Think driving linear acidity balanced by a rich, waxy mouthfeel: crisp Bosc pear, lemon oil, flinty reduction, dried herbs, and a savory, crushed-shell finish. It has the structure to age gracefully, but the texture to drink remarkably well right now.

Hot Tip: Skip the ice bucket. Let the w**e warm up a little (think cellar temp) and let the aromatics do their thing. 🥂

Dark, moody, and full of autumn magic. 🌘✨

Step into the shadow of fall with 1911 Haunted Hayride C***r. Brewed in the rolling hills of Lafayette, New York, this 6.9% ABV hard c***r brews fresh crisp apples together with rich pumpkin puree and cozy, warming cinnamon spice. It’s dark, smooth, and just a little bit haunting—the ultimate companion for chilly bonfires, crisp sweater weather, and late-night stargazing.

Pour a glass, embrace the eerie vibes, and taste the dark side of harvest season. 🕸️🍎🍂

Pure limestone tension and savory depth. 🍷

Ballard Canyon AVA is arguably California’s holy grail for Syrah, and Stolpman Vineyards continues to demonstrate why. Sitting on high-elevation limestone soils —blazing daytime sun followed by fog pulled straight off the Pacific via the Santa Ynez wind gap—this terroir delivers power without losing its cool-climate backbone.

In the glass, it’s distinctly northern-Rhône-leaning in spirit, but with undeniable Central Coast vitality:

Aromatics: Violet florals 🪻, crushed blackberry, smoked meat, cured olive 🫒, and freshly cracked black peppercorn.

Palate: Energetic, mouth-watering acidity framed by fine-grained, chalky tannins. Rich black fruit gives way to a long, savory, tapenade-and-iron mineral finish.

Unfined, unfiltered, and deeply expressive of place. Syrah in California doesn't get much more complete than this.

If you’re looking for an Albariño that completely redefines what Atlantic terroir can do, look no further than Pedraneira by the iconic Eulogio Pomares.

Sourced from a tiny, single parcel in Castrelo—right in the heart of the Val do Salnés subregion of Rías Baixas—these 40+ year-old vines sit just steps from the ocean, bathed in cool coastal breezes and rooted in granite-rich soils.

What’s in the glass?
🍋 Nose: Bright Meyer lemon, white peach, crushed seashells, and green apple.
⚡️ Palate: Laser-sharp acidity balanced by a rich, texturized mouthfeel from lees aging.
🦪 Finish: That unmistakable, lingering saline crunch that leaves you reaching straight for another glass.

Perfect pairings:
🦪 Fresh oysters & clams
🦀 Butter-poached lobster or crab
🐟 Roasted sea bass or hake with lemon
🧀 Aged goat or sheep cheese

Meet "Pink Lemonade" from **es—a co-fermented, dry-farmed field blend straight out of Ricetti Vineyard in Redwood Valley.

This is old-vine organic Mendocino fruit W**emaker Rosalind Reynolds named it after the electric pink color the tank runs during fermentation.

A wild mix of Abouriou, Zinfandel, Valdiguié, Carignan, and Colombard, it’s bursting with sour strawberry 🍓, watermelon rind 🍉, lemon zest 🍋, and electric acidity. Lightly chilled, low intervention, and 100% crushable. 🙌
