New Rojas just landed, y’all. 💀🌹

We’ve still got a couple more thank-yous on the way, but this one was too good to sit on.

Rojas Street Tacos Mictlán Edición Limitada is in the humidor. It’s a box-pressed toro, 6x52, with a dark Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and Nicaraguan and Connecticut Broadleaf filler. Medium to full. Only 1,500 boxes were made worldwide, and just look at that box.

Rojas was with us at Tobaccodoches, so it feels good to have their newest in time for Halloween weekend. Consider this one of the treats. 🎃

The green, y’all. 💚

Everybody loved the colors on this year’s shirts and hats, and we’re pretty fond of the stickers too. All of it came from Tee-Rex Designs, and we absolutely love working with them.

In hindsight, we should have had David turn around for this shot. 😅 The good part’s on the back.

Thank you, Ci**rs for Warriors and the Nacogdoches Hero Foundation. 💙

This was our best year with both of them yet, y’all, and we know exactly who made it happen. It was you.

Ci**rs for Warriors has stood with us since the very first festival, getting ci**rs to our troops overseas and to veterans in VA hospitals. The Nacogdoches Hero Foundation came back for their second year, looking after the everyday heroes right here at home.

To every volunteer from both groups: thank you. You gave up a Saturday, stood on your feet all day, and talked with everybody who walked up to your table. We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re honored to work alongside you.

And to our community, thank you for showing up and showing out for these two. That’s what Nacogdoches does.

Happy Homecoming Saturday, y’all! 💜 The SFA parade is rolling through downtown this morning, and streets along the route have been closed since around 8. Give yourself a few extra minutes to park. We’re open now and right here on Main, so come see us after the parade.

While you’re out and about, we’re not done saying thank you for Tobaccodoches. 💙

Thank you to Brendyn’s BBQ and Fatso’s Catering for keeping everybody fed. Thank you to Tianna Hall and the Houston Jazz Band for the music that made 324 Commerce feel like the best party in town. Thank you to Naca Valley for being part of it. And thank you to Liquid Networx for sponsoring the whole thing and helping make year six happen.

Good food, good music and good people is exactly what we hoped for.

To every vendor who came to Tobaccodoches: thank you. 💙

This was the first year we almost had every one of you at VIP Night, and it showed. Vorieo, Rojas, Oscar Valladares, Drew Estate, Casa Carrillo, Espinosa, Rocky Patel, Artista, Ohana Nui, and the Forged and General crew all treated our community like family.

You didn’t just hand out ci**rs. You sat down with people, answered their questions, and made sure every customer learned something as well as enjoyed it. That’s the same camaraderie we get from y’all all year long, and it’s why this festival feels the way it does.

VIP Night, y’all. 💙

Come along with Big Will for a look at the night. We started in our lounge, then headed over to The Madhatter Distillery for cocktails, ci**rs, and a whole lot of good company. Fatso’s Catering kept every plate full, and Elevated Humidor had ci**rs rolling right in front of us.

Thank you to Wildworks for capturing the night so beautifully.

And a heart-full thank-you to The Madhatter Distillery. We were honored to be your last event, and we won’t forget it. Thank you for opening your doors, pouring a great night, and being such good neighbors downtown. You’ll be missed. 💙

We told you this week was all thank-yous and festival photos, and it still is. Those are coming, we promise. But the shop has some news that couldn’t wait, so think of this as a quick pause before we get back to the love.

Rocky Patel, Drew Estate, Ohana Nui, Esteban Carreras, Rojas, and Oscar Valladares. You met these friends at Tobaccodoches, and through the end of the month we’ve got deals going on all of them. Come see us and ask about it. We’ll walk you through how it works. It leaves when October does. 🔥

Two favorites found their way back to the shelves too. My Father Blue Honduras is in, with five boxes in the humidor, and Gran Habano Imperial Corojo is back in stock.

What a weekend, y’all. 💙

Tobaccodoches Year 6 is in the books and we’re still smiling. Old friends, new faces, good smoke, and our corner of downtown packed with people just enjoying each other’s company. That’s what it’s all about for us.

Thank you to everyone who made it happen. Liquid Networx, for backing the whole thing. Every vendor who brought the ci**rs and the stories. Tianna Hall and her band. Brendyn’s BBQ. Mad Hatter and Naca Valley. Ci**rs for Warriors and the Nacogdoches Hero Foundation, and everyone who showed up for them. And every one of you who walked through our door.
