Pennsylvania Nights

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Other Half Brewing Company, Pennsylvania Nights stands as a tribute to New Trail's home state, and a very warm welcome to Other Half's recent addition, located in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania Nights is hopped with some of the best Southern Hemisphere hops we've ever worked with - Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron, and rounded out with some favorites from the Pacific Northwest - Citra & Centennial. This Hazy Double IPA is rife with notes of deep citrus, juicy nectarine & fleshy white grape. 8.6%

First up, Trail Tones is our new collaboration dreamt up with our friends from Tonewood Brewing in Camden County, NJ. Beginning with a Germanic malt bill of Vienna, Munich, and Pilsner, this Hazy IPA comes out clean and bready. Classic Cascade & Chinook hops paired with southern hemisphere Nelson Sauvin & Motueka create a diverse profile of evergreen trails, crushed gooseberries & lime leaf. Listen to the sounds of the trails with Trail Tones. 6%

And returning, Elk Tracks is an ice cream inspired milk stout, brewed with Lactose, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Madagascar Vanilla. Layers of dark roasted malts and oats create a chocolatey, roasty and pillowy body. Vanilla cream, peanut butter cups, and fudgy chocolate bring you back to your favorite ice cream. The only question is one scoop or two? 8.6%

The Raven pours nearly black with shimmering garnet hues throughout, topped with a thick tan head. This Schwarzbier is brewed with a mix of light and dark Germanic Malts, and lightly hopped with Noble varieties. Expect rich chocolate and coffee aromatics complimented by a clean lager finish. Tent Zipper is a Hazy IPA brewed with Germanic malts, wheat, and oats. Heavy handedly hopped with some of our old favorites Cascade, Centennial, and Crystal. Then hopped again with some of our new favorites Mosaic and Citra. Expect lush orange, deep piney resin, and a blend of your favorite tropical fruits. Pitch a tent and enjoy this one. 6.5%
