This Friday's tasting features Sippers by 99, a line of ready-to-drink, non-carbonated flavored malt beverage cocktails from the makers of 99 Brand. Unlike the brand's classic 99-proof intense schnapps shots, these packaged drinks are dialed back to 9.9% ABV (19.8 Proof) and designed for casual, easy sipping.
Tasting is 5/29/26 from 2:30 to 4:30p at 113 n 12th st in Murphysboro. You must be 21 or older to participate and sippers will be 10% off during the event. We have Sippers available in 8 packs and singles. Come check us out!

Mojito Full Recipe
Ingredients

For 1 glass

10–12 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz white rum
Club soda, to top
Crushed ice
Lime slices or lime wedge
Fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
Muddle the mint
In a tall glass, add the mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup. Gently muddle for a few seconds to release the mint aroma. Do not crush the mint too hard or it can taste bitter.
Add rum
Pour in the white rum and stir lightly.
Add ice
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Top with club soda
Pour club soda over the ice until the glass is full.
Mix
Stir gently from bottom to top so the lime, mint, rum, and soda combine well.
Garnish
Add a lime wedge or lime wheel and a fresh mint sprig on top.
Optional Viral Presentation

Serve in a tall curved cocktail glass with lots of crushed ice, visible lime slices inside, fresh mint on top, and a green-striped straw for a clean summer look.

Strawberry Liberty Lemonade! 🍓🍋 A sweet and tangy vodka lemonade to cap off a week of remembrance.

Ingredients:

4-5 Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup (adjust to taste, depending on strawberry sweetness)
3 oz Water or Sparkling Water
Garnish: Lemon wheel, fresh strawberry slice

Instructions:

In a shaker, muddle the sliced strawberries with the simple syrup.Add the vodka and fresh lemon juice.Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.Strain into a mason jar or tall glass filled with fresh ice.Top with water or sparkling water for a little fizz.Garnish with a lemon wheel and a fresh strawberry slice.
